Game play rules.

£1 per number each week, funds must be paid into the treasure bank no later than 5pm on the Friday before the draw.

Every Saturday morning the game board will be updated, players number who are in play will be highlighted green, people who have not paid the subscription for that week will remain in white, this number then becomes a rollover number along with number 13 and the prize fund is reduced by £1. Such as if 37 numbers are in play the prize fund will be £37. if more than 50 numbers are in play the prize fund is capped to £50 and any additional money will transfer into the "Jackpot Fund"

 

Number 13 - Rollover & Jackpot Fund

13 is highlighted in black on the game board, if this number is drawn, the fund will rollover to the following week, along with any funds that are in the jackpot fund, The jackpot fund only becomes active after the number 13 is draw on the previous game.

Claiming Winnings

On the next working day, one of the treasurers will contact the winning player,

All funds will be transferred from the syndicate account via bank transfer only.

 

Allocation of numbers

When the game is first set up, a random number will be allocated to each player, this number will remain as the allocated number for that player.

Once all numbers are allocated, a waiting list will become active, once a number is available on the game board this will be automatically assigned to the next player on the waiting list.

Failure to pay for the subscription for 2 consecutive weeks will result in your allocated number being revoked.

 

Leaving the syndicate

You can cancel your syndicate at anytime by informing on of the treasurers.
